Today's Update "God's Waiting Room":

Dear Friends

Wed.. June 1st 1:00 p.m.

Praise the Lord! Judy’s white blood count jumped from 2 all the way up to 8 over night! She has met all the requirements to begin her next Chemo treatment. I just finished a consultation with her cancer doctor and he said that the chemo was working much better than they had hoped. Her hormone marker in her blood dropped from 30.000 to 17000 overnight. They were very happy with those results. Last night I learned how miss communication can cause great grief and challenges for a family. One of the nurses shared information with us that was not correct. It caused us hours of anxiety and challenges. It cost a night of rest for many of us and took several people to right the wrong. Judy’s care suffered because of it. I couldn’t help but think how far reaching gossip, whispering, and backbiting in the church causes pain far beyond the few who first hear it. Judy’s tummy has swelled very large and they are going to take a picture and see what is the challenge before chemo. The other area that needs prayer: The doctor wants Judy fully awake now so they can care for here in a better way. She has been sedated because of anxiousness about the breathing machine. Please pray that these things will work out. Hasn’t God been good to answer all our prayers? “He hasn’t failed us” but like Br. Toler has shared: “ He has scared me to death a couple of times!”
